Cliff Courtney
Principal
Cliff joined ROJEK as a Principal in the Summer of 2023. He has spent his career in the ad agency business and is considered one of the most inclusive and strategic agency leaders in the industry. His depth of experience includes ensuring advertising ROI, achieved by aligning agencies with client expectations to drive the best results.
As a principal with ROJEK, Cliff spearheads our culture centric agency search process – CultureFit™ for our clients with introductions to the industry’s most outstanding agency partners. He also offers agency growth initiatives to drive new business wins, agency employee engagement, strategy optimization and integration.
Prior to ROJEK, Cliff served as both EVP, Chief Strategy Officer and later Chief Marketing Officer for Omnicom’s Zimmerman Advertising, taking challenger brands through insights, analytics, and integrated services. He led the strategic direction for all agency prospects and existing partner base of key company clients.
He also currently serves as Chief Creative Officer / Director of Academics for Miami Ad School (M.AD School). Directing both the Strategy Director Program and Corporate Training Programs for the International Advertising School of The Year, awarded at Cannes for the sixth year in a row.
Cliff is a graduate of the University of Florida with a BS in Advertising. He also has a graduate degree from Babson College, Omnicom University/Harvard Business School Senior Management Program.
